Vets: Don’t feed your pet people food on Thanksgiving

The say pets shouldnt get anything thats not in their normal diet today. Vets say the critters dont know its a special day, anyway. But some pet owners plan on giving their pets a dose of people food. One couple that owns a pet boutique in Hayward plans to feed their dogs turkey, potatoes and stuffing. Some suppliers are trying to market to pet owners who want to give their animals a holiday meal.
